It was established on April 27, 1990 with an initial registered capital of one million baht. On behalf of Lat Phrao Hospital Co., Ltd., a group of leading doctors and businessmen, Dr. Ankur Mittanavanich. The Managing Director started the business and officially opened it. On February 14, 1993

For the sake of excellence in service retention, the company has started the implementation of the quality system in accordance with the international standard ISO 9002 with the National Institute of Productivity Enhancement as the project consultant on August 20, 1998.
It was audited by SGS Yarsley International Certification Service Limited (SGS) on 10 June 1999 and was the first hospital to be accredited with ISO 9002 by UKAS and NAC Thailand.
